- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Gmail Integration
Our Service integrates with Gmail via Google OAuth2. By connecting your Gmail account, you acknowledge:
- We request only the minimum scopes necessary (Gmail send and read)
- OAuth tokens are encrypted (AES-256) before storage
- You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time from Settings
- This is not a Google-endorsed service — we are not affiliated with Google Inc.
- Use of Gmail must comply with Google's applicable policies and terms
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing
- Track emails in violation of applicable privacy laws
- Transmit malicious software or illegal content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including GDPR
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service for purposes other than legitimate business email tracking
6. Email Tracking Limitations
Email tracking has inherent limitations:
- Recipients who block images or use certain email clients may not trigger open events
- Self-opens (opens by the sender) are filtered where possible but may occasionally appear
- Click tracking requires link redirection, which may be blocked by some security tools
- We do not guarantee 100% tracking accuracy
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your email content and tracking data. We process it solely to provide the Service. You may export or delete your data at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by EIP and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
9. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months
- We are not responsible for actions taken by Google, email providers, or third parties that affect service functionality
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- We will delete your data within 30 days
- Provisions that should survive termination (liability, IP, etc.) remain in effect
12. Refund Policy
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the Service has not been materially used. After this period, refunds are not available. Contact support@at-work.biz for refund requests.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
