Data & Privacy

Email Intelligence Platform requests access to certain Google data to provide its services. We are committed to transparency about what data we access, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Gmail API What data we access

When you connect your Gmail account, we request the following Google API scopes:

  • Gmail Send (​gmail.send) — to send tracked emails on your behalf
  • Gmail Read (​gmail.readonly) — to read sent email status for tracking accuracy
  • Email & Profile (​openid, email, profile) — to identify your account

How we use it Purpose of data access

  • Send tracked emails from your Gmail account with tracking pixels and link redirects
  • Display open and click events in your dashboard and Chrome extension
  • Generate daily/weekly activity reports about your tracked emails
  • Notify you in real-time when recipients interact with your emails

We do not use your Google data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it outside of providing the Service.

Security How we protect your data

  • OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256 before database storage
  • All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS
  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we never store plain-text passwords
  • You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time, which deletes all stored tokens

Limited Use Google API compliance

Email Intelligence Platform complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We:

  • Only request the minimum scopes necessary for the Service
  • Do not transfer Google data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service
  • Do not use Google data for advertising purposes
  • Do not sell or rent Google data
  • Allow users to disconnect and delete their data at any time
